TRADEMARK GUIDELINES

• Select a unique, memorable name that ideally passes the "radio test".
• Find out if a name or logo has already been registered.
• Search for similar names to avoid confusion or the risk of conflict (example: Scrabulous).
• Find out if the relevant domain name has already been registered (.com and .in domains are crucial).

DURATION

Ten years (can be renewed indefinitely).
